CarShop Wins CARFAX Top-Rated Dealer Award Again for 2021

A CARFAX reports tells you if the vehicle you’re looking at is high quality, but what about the dealership where you find it?  CARFAX interviews more than a million customers nationwide to come up with the answer, honoring the best as CARFAX Top-Rated Dealers. “These are verified ratings from real consumers,” says CARFAX VP Scott Fredericks. “This exclusive group is setting the standard for service.”

In 2021, as in 2020, every CarShop store eligible was awarded a CARFAX Top Dealer Award. For CarShop President Kirk Schrader, the award is an indication that CarShop has been doing things right. “Being customer-focused and transparent has always served us well,” he says. “We’re humbled to receive the endorsement of our customers and to be recognized as a top dealer by CARFAX. To all our associates who have helped us earn this distinction, thank you.”
